A clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and well organized. My room had a beautiful view. The reception staff are very friendly and always smiling, which made my stay pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was good. Staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel itself is clean, and services work well. There are places to eat around the hotel as well, and there is a taxi stand right across the street that is useful given that city center and old town are not particularly close. However, the ac in the room was giving off warm air and it was very hard to turn off, more importantly than that internet is not good. Especially considering the price, I would expect a good steady service, and it constantly had interruptions. That aside, its a good place to stay.

Everything was dirty, and the hotel staff were unhelpful. They kept complaining about my luggage, saying it was “too much” and that they were tired of bringing it to the room, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The only positive point was the lady at the reception. She was understanding and kind, and she refunded the remaining days of my booking after I left the hotel. I stayed only one night out of a five-night reservation.

Tek kişi, bir gece konakladım. Otelin yeri efsane! Bence Ankara'nın en keyifli yerinde. Otelin çalışanları son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Kaldığım oda gayet temiz, son derece sempatik dizayn edilmişti. Fakat yatak bana çok sert geldi, yastıklar yüksek ve fazla dolgundu. Boynum yukarda kaldığı için rahat uyuyamadım. Ama bu kişisel bir beklenti tabii. Teknik olarak TV unitesi sıkıntılıydı. Destek almak zorunda kaldım. Resepsyon sorunumu anında çözdü. Sıkıntı her zaman olabilir ama bu gibi durumlarda yönetimin nasıl cevap verdiği benim için daha önemli. Bu sebeple otel yönetimine teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltı biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Açık büfe kahvaltıda ürünleri daha iyi beklerdim açıkcası. Ankara'nın en iyi lokasyonlarından birinde kalite beklentinizde paralel oluyor. Ben sabah kahvesi seven biri olarak kahvede de biraz yıkıldım. Ama etrafta 2-3 dk içinde ulaşabileceğiniz bir sürü kafe mevcut. Tüm artı eksileri ve bunların fiyat ilişkisi içinde kısa konaklamalar için iyi diye düşünüyorum.
