Location and Family Gathering

This is a lovely old hotel in the charming village of Nora. Great location as you can walk to pretty much everywhere in Nora. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant with very good food. Several other family members were staying, as well, and the restaurant was a great gathering place for all of us. The included breakfast was very good with lots of delicious foods and breads to choose from.

First visit in Nora and when you are at this hotel you are in the heart of the little city. Hotel with history and culture, comfortable rooms and free parking. Breakfast with high quality.

Bra frukost

Frukosten var otroligt bra, fanns allt man kunde önska. Kaffemaskin i receptionen dÀr man kunde ta olika sorter, kanon. Rummet var otroligt varmt, trots en flÀkt pÄ högsta varv gick det knappt att sova. Luktade lite mögel i badrummet och toaletten var otroligt lÄg (barntoalett? Vi Àr pensionÀrer). Vi var dÀr 2 nÀtter och vi fick ingen stÀdning inför sista natten.

Rummet bra, upplevdes frÀscht men lite slarvigt stÀdat med tussar i hörnen. Ett utvecklingsomrÄde Àr frukosten. Det saknades mycket och fat hade fortfarande plast som övertÀckte. Ett annat sÀllskap rÄkade ha sönder porslin och dÄ var det ingen i personalen som uppmÀrksammade detta. Andra fick söka upp dem för att fÄ hjÀlp med sopborste och liknande. Lite mer nÀrvarande personal hade varit bra.

Fint hotell, speciellt allmÀnutrymmen. Rummet var ocksÄ fint men badrummen hade kunnat moderniseras men för övrigt vÀldigt bra intryck. Bra frukost med bland annat Àgg och bacon samt att dom var snabba med att fylla pÄ nÀr det tog slut. Hade lite problem med mÄsarna precis utanför fönstret första natten. Andra natten stÀngde vi fönstren och satte pÄ flÀkten och dÄ sov vi mycket bÀttre

Smidigt att checka bÄde in och ut. Rent och vÀlstÀdat överallt. Trevlig och servicinriktad personal. Mycket fin och gammaldags inredning. HÀrlig atmosfÀr. Högt i tak. Underbara takkronor. Hotellet Àr mysigt och ligger fint till. Vi hade bara lite problem vid ankomstdagen. Hotellet lÄser dörrarna 21 (man ska höra av sig i god tid vid senare incheckning) hade sagt att vi kommer senast 21, men pga lÄng vÀntetid vid middagen skulle vi bli 15 min sena, ringer och fÄr inget svar frÄn receptionen vid 20:30. Parkering utanför var avstÀngd pga marknad, fick leta lÀmplig plats inom gÄngavstÄnd med trött 9Äring samt dra bagage. Ringde journummer som inte svarade. Blev sedan inslÀppta av ett snÀllt par, hittade nyckel vid receptionsdisken och blev sedan uppringda av jouren, förklarade vad som hÀnt och fick frÄgan "vad var orsaken till att vi ringde egentligen dÄ?". Bortsett frÄn bristfÀllig kommunikation och kÀnslan av att störa nÄgon annans kvÀll var vistelsen bra de tvÄ nÀtter vi spenderade hÀr.
