I was greeted at reception by two very friendly jack russells, a short walk down the veranda bought us to our basic room. 5 quite steep steps down to where we parked our car, which is under cover and outside our room. There is a pub that serves food just minutes walk up the road or a RSL across the road. Free toiletries, a fridge, a microwave, kettle and crockery were all provided along with towels. A friendly cat is also in residence along with a cacophony of wild birds. We are a couple who stayed for one night.

The man at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean and serviced daily and the bed was comfortable. Located an easy walking distance to the RSL club where the meals were wonderful. The only small negative was the pressure of the hot water, which was low. Plenty of hot water but low pressure BUT that could be a Council issue. We would definitely stay again.

Our room was clean, comfortable, the beds firm and the hot water was plentiful. There was a well equipped kitchenette. It is about a 4 minute stroll into the town centre, nice. Our room was near the road end of the property and so there was road noise during the night. Unfortunately, the occupants of the next room put on a noisy disturbance around 10 pm and had to be spoken to - unpleasant!
