There was no one at concierge, the lovely bartender kept trying to reach the manager on the walkie talkie for over 15 minutes. When she finally showed up, she said, "Oh, I didn't take one with me. Sorry". Check-in was very curt and unfriendly. The room was very large which was nice, but it smelled damp and musty. The bathroom door did not latch, the door did not lock, the floor was not cleaned. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were awful. Glad we only stayed one night. Parking was also a fiasco. The hotel is on a hill, and there are very few convenient parking spaces, unless you park in the lot at the bottom of the hill and carry all of your luggage up.
