If you like loud music that you can’t escape from it even in your room, this place is for you. If you expect the pictures or the description to match the hotel.com description- choose a different place. We chose the premium room and we found it so badly maintained that my wife did not even stay for the second night . I had to stay because of an early commitment the following day. The manager changed the description of the property after we asked about the kettle and the coffee maker that was listed in amenities.

This property has spectacular views from your room, its an ocean and mountain view property. Are room was very clean and cozy!. The owner soeaks very good English and is very accommodating, even if your a late check in. My wife and I arrived around 11:30pm. It was no problem, they even granted us some beers from the fridge. Some of the property is under construction, but over all!...A spectacular property and Stay Also, the meals are excellent.

The place is beautiful and hace many potencial. The good of place included breakfast. The área need clean, maintain clean the Pool and the front beach. The room have a damage light in the bathroom. We change for one night for other room when return the other room no bath tóseles, no toilet papers. The room have a Kitchen but not have cooking pots. The place is very dissapointed and only thing that save is the gay Bryant.

Un hotel catastrophique. - La chambre était malgré tout correcte, il y avait un spa sur la terrasse, malheureusement il était vide. Mais cela n’était pas très important. - Le vrai problème cet hôtel était la communication. Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol couramment, à éviter totalement. La personne à l’accueil ne fait aucun effort pour parler lentement l’espagnol et ne parle pas du tout l’anglais. On se débrouille avec Google translate mais c’est fatiguant et on ne peut pas le faire en permanence. On s’est d’ailleurs complètement raté sur les heures de petit déjeuner après avoir confondu les heures de petit déjeuner et les heures de check out. Du coup, l’hôtel voulait nous faire payer un petit déjeuner car on était arrivé 15’ après l’heure de fin de service. Lamentable et pas commercial du tout. - si vous voulez manger à l’hôtel le soir, ce n’est pas la peine. Il n’y a pas de service. À la limite, on peut prendre un verre et encore, on a l’impression de déranger. - pour rentrer en voiture dans l’hôtel, pas de badge. C’est simple: on klaxonne 2 fois, mais attention : pas plus tard que 22:00 - bref, le genre d’hôtel stressant à éviter totalement -……………………………………………………………………………………………………..

La posizione è eccezionale per chi vuole visitare las Calderas. Personale multilingue molto disponibile. La pulizia non è il loro punto forte, però c’è da dire anche che si adoperano per rimediare nel momento in cui vengono segnalati eventuali problemi. Ritengo che abbiano prezzi un po’ alti, per cui le aspettative erano più elevate. Ci hanno comunque concesso un late check-out senza supplemento, che abbiamo apprezzato. Posso non dare loro la responsabilità per la presenza di zanzare in cortile, ma per le formichine in bagno però dovrebbero fare qualcosa. Nel complesso li promuovo soprattutto per lo staff e perché ci hanno lasciato usare la piscina fino a ben oltre l’orario di rilascio della camera.
