Loved staying here, it felt like a posh youth hostel, we never had to wait to use the bathroom and while it was basic, everything was clean and comfortable. Lovely location, breakfast was in a hotel run by the same people in the town which was a 5 min walk away but not a problem at all, the breakfast itself was great (lots of vegan options) and the staff were so friendly.

Very Pictureque and cosy building, environment and excursions by boat and train.. Would have liked quiet breakfast room or, if necessary, classical music at a very low sound-level. Dinner and breakfast tasted lovely!

Stayed in May so it was probably not in high season yet. Room, bathroom and kitchen were clean and in good condition. Bed is comfortable enough. Soap and handsoap are available. Yet, there was no shoehorn which was a little bit annoying

A reasonable and good way to stay in Mariefred

It's a bed and breakfast. And the rooms are quite rudementary, the sound insulation so and so, and the cleanliness of the communal toilets and showers vary. But the price is good, the location excellent, and the breakfast exemplary. So all in all, we give it five stars. And will stay there again when we visit Mariefred.

Descent budget stay. Staff over at Gripsholm Inn who runs this B&B are very helpful and service minded, but the b&b itself is non-staffed and to be fair, not very modern. Provided pllows were tiny and did not make for a comfortable night.

Väldigt dyrt B&B men väldigt slitet och absolut inte värt pengarna. Rullgardinerna gick ner men inte upp. Väldigt lyhörd, saknades tvål, äckligt kylskåp, svårt att öppna rummet med nyckel. Bra frukost.

Väldigt fint läge i grön omgivning och promenadavstånd in till stan och slottet. Bra frukost på värdshuset. Rummet var dock litet och lyhört samt att rullgardinen inte var mörkläggande, så det kan vara bra att veta om man är känslig för ljus och ljud när man ska sova.

Priset är alldeles för högt för ett nedgånget väldigt lyhörd boende där man får dela badrum och där köket är väldigt slitet och kylskåpen var mycket äckliga och luktade illa. Nyckelsystemet fungerade heller inte särskild bra och nån gäst kom inte in i sitt rum. Rullgardinerna var utslitna. Gäster som bodde 3 i ett rum fick ett litet rum medan gäster som bodde 2 i ett rum fick ett stort fyrabäddsrum.

Väldigt lyhört och personer som kommer sent på natten hörs väldigt tydligt, våran hund reagerade på det då det ibland lät precis utanför dörren. Annars var allt bra, tre kanaler på tv och lampor som inre fungerade.
