Really nice structure in Saint-Pierre, one km from the city center (nice work to downtown but also practical by car). Hotel structure is not new but well maintained. Most rooms have view on swimming pool and only a few directly on the sea (even if also the other have side view to sea). Room are spacious, with terrace / balcony, and usual appliances / services. Suggested improvements: add more electric plugs and free coffee capsule every day (nonsense have two of them for free if one night stay, and the same two if two week stay). Underground parking is really practical as it is not always for grant to find a spot on the street, and payable only for first 2 nights (10 EUR per night) if you stay longer. We did not tried to restaurant nor the SPA so no comments on this, but it would be interesting in having a flat package for SPA access throughout entire stay instead of paying it a-la-carte. Pool bar is nice and open till late, infinity pool is beautiful with view over the ocean. Beach is not privatized but of immediate access from the premise and usually empty to have a taste of the laguna. Surrounding area is calm and nice with few restaurants and snack bars along the sea-side. Saturday market takes place next to the hotel. Downtown harbor, restaurant and shop are at reasonable distance (but preferable by car if you don't want to walk). Mall very close to hotel (you can even walk to it) and highway access in less than a km.

Wel, het ontvangst was door nieuwe aanwinst aan de receptie ze was zeer behulpzaam en gaf ons duidelijk uitleg. Proficiat , starten en zo professioneel top! De keuken uitzonderlijk lekker. De spa, zeer flexible om ons te kunnen ontvangen, echt goed. Bij het uitcheckken was enige verwarring over de voorschot al dan niet betaald was, De dame was geduldig en hulpzaam nam de nodige tijd om dit mee uit te klaren. Bij vertrek was ik mijn zonnebril kwijt , het kamermeisje ongelofelijk goed meegezocht om mijn bril terug te vinden, waarvoor dank! Zeker doen!

En demi-pension, les menus étaient différents d’un soir à l’autre. Les plats étaient très bons et bien présentés ce qui était très appréciable. Néanmoins, il est juste un peu dommage que nous n’ayions jamais eu de plats locaux typique Réunionnais (cary d’agneau, rougaille de saucisse, bouchons … etc…) Pour tout le reste, tout était parfait !

Pour commencer le petit frigo ne marchait pas du tout. Après signalement on ne m'a pas proposé de solution mis à part des mettre mes affaires à l'accueil. Solution inadaptée. De plus le mitigeur de la douche ne marchait pas, on ne pouvait pas avoir de l'eau froide. Aussi, lors du petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas assez de personnel à disposition, une seule dame très gentille qui était presente. Nous, résidents sommes passés après une famille de 8 personnes venue profiter du petit dejeuner alors qu'ils etaient de l'extérieur. Trop de gens dans le petit endroit qui sert de buffet. Aucunes alternatives possibles et aucunes compensations proposées. D'où l'avis que je donne.
