Flawless apartment hotel, couldn’t fault it!

Fantastic apartment hotel, great location right by an S-Bahn station, literally a couple of stops to the airport, and a short ride into the heart of the city. Apartment was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchenette with a hob (stove top) and microwave. Very sizeable apartment, clean and quiet, barely bumped into any other guests outside of the communal social area on the first floor - will definitely be staying here again the next time that I find myself back in Hamburg!

Great value and comfort

Very kind and helpful remote working staff. The rooms are smal tiny homes,fully equiped and so neat and practical. The hotel is located close to the huge Hamburger Stadtpark.

The property was immaculately kept. And the room was clean. From check-in to check-out, all of it can be done independently. Beverages that were prepared was sufficient and was generous. However, the code to access and enter the property was rather difficult to access especially from a foreign country. we were lucky to have a good samaritan came by and helped us out.

Functional hotel near airport

The room was small and efficient. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were OK. The bathroom was small. Everything worked. The only inconvenience was the parking. If one parked in the building's area, the cost was $15 (US Dollars). However there was free parking in the street if you searched. The rate of the hotel at $185 was way too high for what they offered.

Conflicting information about check in

Be prepared for conflicting messages and overall confusion on when you can actually check in. The idea of a contactless hotel check in is great. But when you’re WhatsApping with AI, automated messages, and different agents, there’s zero clarity. The numa system needs to be improved.

VG. Fancy/over techy light switches let it down

The apartment was large enough, beds comfortable and facilities good. Only downside really was the lights. The control panel was confusing and didn't seem to have any logic to it spent 10 minutes trying to get the small bedside light to work after getting it to work easily the previous time. The bathroom lights were very dim.

My stay at Numa Hamburg

Overall I enjoyed my stay, and was suprised how easy it was to access the property and room using the keypad. My room had complimentary beverages and nibbles waiting for me. The area is very quiet at night, so no need to worry about traffic or people being noisy. I initially thougt I had a problem with the electric kettle, and emailed Numa who replied within a day - but I solved the problem myself once I had figured out how to properly use they control panel in the room. Also the property is only a 5 min walk from the S bahn station. The only negatives for me was the mattress - it was too hard, and it would have been nice to have a glass in the bathroom for a toothbrush.

I’ve booked 7 nights in numa | Fore Rooms and Apartments , Kapstadtring 1 , 22297 in Hamburg . From 21.04.2023 to 28.04.2023 which is today. Reservation number : IIGYGSKB-1 I’ve been greeted immediately and on my first hours of arrival with a room that was covered with dust and the dirt of the previous guest that was there next to the right side of the bed as well as blood stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom floor. In the same room they gave me access to was a shared door with some other guests whom I was not aware of and they were so loud that I had to stop my communications calls on multiple occasions in order to know where this noise came from and had completely ruined my daily work schedule , it was a clear invasion of my privacy ( I have photos of all aforementioned incidents ) . Their cleaning staff had opened the door of the room without waiting for two seconds so I can get to the door and despite telling them that I‘m coming to open the door for them , after that incident they stayed at my door and made a lot of noise on purpose so I would not be able to focus on my daily work schedule or finish it . I had to stop my daily work schedule for hours in order to inform the person charged to communicate with guests who was not bothered or even tried to call me immediately in order to not waste time and get to the point he just started an exchange of messages on WhatsApp for hours with a lot of scepticism and questions before changing the room , he also propo

Hotellet i sig själv är det inget fel på men det känns som att det ligger i en industri/kontors område. Det finns ingenting i den direkta närheten förutom Stadsparken som är härlig att promenera i. I övrigt upplevs området som ödsligt.

Terrific place to stay when visiting Hamburg

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. Very easy to get to with a little bit of walking to the local train station. We wanted a kitchen and got a lovely one that was well outfitted for our needs. The layout of the little efficiency apartment was ideal in that the main room was split into by a room divider with a television that could swivel from one side to the other and that made it feel like two rooms – a bit more privacy than would otherwise be the case. We never met any staff because everything was automated and we were received a code for getting into the building and into our rooms the day before our arrival. It was very much our little home away from home.

Im zimmer war sehr kalt. AC hat niht ricjtig funktioniert. Auhh ch wenn man auf max Temperatur einstellt hat, bleibt im Zimmer trotzdem sehr jalt. Das betrifft alle zimmer im Gebäude.

Super hotel er godt stykke fra city, men lækker og god lejlighed med parkeringskælder. Man får meget for pengene - skøn lejlighed til en familie på 4 for et par dage.

Great apartment, beautiful natural light. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The room was a good size so we didn't feel stuck in a small space. Easy to get codes and get in and out. Close to the bus which takes you directly to town in less than 40 minutes. The main train station is 11-12 minutes away but easy to get to as well. The only downfall is there really isn't anything nearby for shopping or restaurants. There was an awesome snitzel place about 15 minutes away though and thr restaurant downstairs was good food and decent portions! Overall, we'd definiteiy stay again if we come back.
