Awful. The place was dirty, the floor filthy. The sleeper sofa was broken. The springs were gone and generally uncomfortable. No cooking utensil, pan, oven trays. No welcome amenity basket IE with a small dish soap, washing machine or dishwasher tablets or tea and coffee sachets. Just two larger pots were provided. 2 out of the 5 dining chairs were broken.
The bedrooms were ok, in our room furniture didn’t fit in the room, it was too big or the room was too small, so no room to move around in our room. My daughter’s room was very large with hardly any furniture in it.
The outside doors to the patios didn’t lock properly. And there wasn’t a tv remote (that was the only thing the hotel was able to replace for us).
The outdoor trash cans/ dumpsters (which was our view) were overflowing and there was trash everywhere in the extremely small parking lots. There were two large storage containers taking up a few parking spaces. If you couldn’t park in the lot, you had to pay for parking across the road.
If we relocating from the states, and waiting for our rental house to become available, I would have left even sooner then we did(checked out 1 day early). On that note was told at checkout because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t change the # of nights so they would have to charge me for the entire stay.
Yes we voices our concerns to the front desk about the situation and dirty rooms/missing items were told “we will try to replace them or come clean. Never did!
