Very poor experience all round
Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;
dirty stains on mirrors and TV screen;
dirty stains on bedding and divan;
upturned paint tin on lower landing;
smell of damp throughout;
door in one bedroom unable to close because of carpet;
damage to walls throughout including electrical socket;;
various exposed wires lying in different rooms;
no bedside lamps or tables in bedrooms;
unclear check-in instructions.
A very unsatisfactory experience followed up by no communication when Hotels.com contacted the property on my behalf
