Not baby friendly

The welcome was good although barely any English from the owner so it made it difficult. We had requested two baby cribs and the hotel never confirmed to us. When we arrive no cribs available so we slept there one night only as it was too difficult two stay the second night with our baby twins. The welcome was very nice but it is a shame they do not have baby foldable beds. Only hotel on our trip in Turkey where they could not provide this. We were supposed two stay two nights but left after one. It is very well located to explore alacati by foot! Alacati is amazing!

Üç gün kaldık ailece tv çalışmıyor, buz dolabı çalışmıyor banyoya ikinci kişi girsin sıcak su kesiliyor banyoda havlu asacak tu alet kağıdı koyacak yer yok, dolapların kulpları kırık açamıyorsun, hayatım boyunca kaldığım en anlamsız en berbat oteldi

Satın aldığım oda görseli bize sunulan odadan epey farklıydı. Mesele etmedim tadımız kaçmasın diye.Uzanmak istediğimde yatak çarşafı ıslaktı. Söyledim herhangi bir açıklama yapılmadan değiştirildi. Banyoda basmalı yarım şişe sıvı sabun vardı. Tv açmak istedim kumandayı bulamadım, kumandayı istediğimde televizyon bozuk yanıtını aldım. Odada içme suyu olduğu yazılmıştı su yok mu dedim yok dendi. Banyo terliği, şampuan filan sakın hayal etmeyin.Kendimi ne odada ne otelde iyi hissettim. Tuvalet kokusunu, eski havluları, kapı önündeki askılıkta kurumaya çalışan çamaşırları anlatmak istemiyorum. Sakız’a feribotumuz vardı erkenden kaçar gibi çıktık.

Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi, 4 kişi konakladık oda geniş ve temizdi. Sahipleri de oldukça ilgiliydi. Sorunsuz sıkıntısız bir konaklama deneyimi oldu teşekkür ederiz.
