We stayed in a clean comfortable small room. The bathroom had a powerful shower which was great. The room decor was very dated and the bathroom was old fashioned. We have used the hotel on many occasions for food but as a paying guest I was dissappointed with breakfast offerings.

I only stayed 1 night but loved it. The receptionist appeared to be training in a new staff member and she was so good with her. I had a beautiful curry in the bar which seemed to a lot of local families dining there which is always a good sign. On returning later in the evening the night porter serves me a grand pint. He was chatty and nothing was any bother to him. I will stay again..

I stayed here 32 years ago when it was called The Wellington next door to Atlantic 252 where I was to work. I revisited in October 2026, the member of staff upon my arrival was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The gentleman behind the bar fantastic. Room functional and clean, the breakfast fantastic. The restaurant staff inviting and friendly. The check out lacked warmth, friendliness, no smile, abrupt as though I was an inconvenience, and when I asked where is the bus stop now for the Dublin service you would have thought I'd asked them to explain Quantum Field Physics - they went into orbit!! Would I stay again may be. Compared to 1994 there are far more options available.
