The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the main avenue with restaurants and tasting rooms, but the staff is what makes this place a gem. Friendly is an understatement, they truly go the extra mile to make sure that you always feel welcome.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Design decisions won out over practicality and comfort in room design (particularly the bathrooms) but the amenities are nice and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional

This property was fantastic! I was greeted with champagne when I checked in, they had a 24/7 coffee machine to make you a latte or espresso whenever you wanted. They even had curated books in our room for my children based on their ages! The valet and bellman Ruben was incredible! He was so kind, went above and beyond with making our family comfortable, and gave great food recommendations! The Atticus is lucky to have him. When we returned from wine tasting one day, I was greeted by name by the front desk woman, Linda. This was truly top notch service from start to finish. I will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return!

Loved it here

This hotel is wonderful from the staff, design and cleanliness and I loved that there wasn’t any hidden fees in what was in the room. We will definitely be back.
