"I love staying here every year about 4 to 5 times. Front desk is very professional and friendly. Clean staff has great customer service. Facility is very clean. "
"The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "
"Upon arriving at the Atlantic Sand, we were greeted with politeness and hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. Great view of the ocean from the sliding door and balcony. Perfect location it would be for the summer and not have to worry about having to leave as all the necessities are right there. Beach, Boardwalk, shops and lots of food choices. "
