Transit through Brisbane twice, one night each time. Emporium was all I had hoped for. Comfortable room, great shower, very good location.

Great location, friendly staff. Reasonable cost for parking, easy to use!

Stayed for 2 nights in April. Cool art work throughout. Very clean rooms. Extremely friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed.

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We phoned reception at the hotel the day before and asked if they know where we would be able to buy these test kits at night. The lady at reception (Helen) offered...

Great location for our needs. Gorgeous venue, clean, trendy and current. Easy carpark. Would use again.

It had at least ONE USB outlet plug. Plus having W/D; along with laundry soap available. Having a small cream container for coffee a plus. The gym has great workout equipment and clean! I liked being on the 6th floor with street view. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location easy to walk to main city centre. Parking was easy under ground

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Private beds. Clean rooms. Nice aesthetic. Places to work, eat and chill.

It was a wonderful stay. Great room, quiet, clean, kitchenette with dinning table and chairs. Very comfortable! I will be back next time I am in Brisbane.

nice and clean hotel with friendly stuff, all I needed for a convenient stay..

Very nice and clean!

Always stay here when I come to Brisbane and love it. The nature wall is my favorite and it’s a wonderful location!

Was so good, totally recommend, one of the best hotels o have stayed at for the Price, will be staying here from now on, loved it, pool awesome to, really comfy beds very large open space.

I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Television was easy to work. Offered lots of services in and around the hotel. A little loud in the evening as there is a...

Excellent customer service, staff very knowledgeable professional Very close to downtown within walking distance

I honestly didn't have any interaction with the staff outside of check in and the gentleman was friendly

Best stay ever! The hotel staff were over the top accommodating to us and treated us like royalty - we stayed here twice and LOVED every minute! Super close to the ferry system and restaurants. Everyone was so helpful and friendly to us. The rooms we got were super clean and fully stocked for us. They have an adorable cafe just off the lobby where you can ever sit outside and enjoy the sounds and sun of the surroundings.
