"I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn and wanted to recognize the exceptional service I received. From the moment I stepped out of the car, Mehmet warmly welcomed me and immediately assisted with my luggage, making me feel valued right away. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and effortless. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain all the hotel amenities, services, and even recommended surrounding restaurants and local spots, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a real difference and turns a regular hotel stay into a memorable experience. Thank you to Mehmet and the entire Holiday Inn team for the outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"Oda ne iyi ne kötü. Yenilenmesi gereken yerleri var. Kahvaltı seçmeme rağmen kahvaltı sırasında oda numaramızı sorup kahvaltı ekstraya giriyor denmesi ve sonra kahvaltı salonundan çıkartılıp resepsiyonda rezervasyonum sorgulandıktan sonra “ah evet kahvaltı dahil” diyip bizi geri kahvaltıya göndermeleri inciticiydi. Yiyeceğimiz iki lokma ekmek sonuçta. Otele gelen turlardaki çocuklar çok ses yapsa da ortalamanın üzerinde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer. Ama dediğim gibi bazı küçük sorunlar hoş değil"

"Amazing staff at reception.. I went to my home team Bursaspor’s championship match in Bursa and I was greeted phenomenally. Everything I asked for helpfull staff provided.. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was also fantastic as there were a variety of options for breakfast including daily soup.. I really recommend this fabulous hotel.."
