"My wife & I have just returned from our 10 night stay in Prima Life where I celebrated my 60th. My honest opinion of our stay is, I would consider this more a 4* hotel. Although the rooms were lovely they were not as I would expect as a 5* hotel. The rooms were clean and I opt for a sea view with balcony which was nice. Room cleaning was excellent and our room cleaner Ali was fantastic and did a great job. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay but we did get hounded by one of the staff members trying to sell us a candle light dinner & exclusive dinner every day even though I had already booked this ahead with Expedia but he made out I was not telling the truth. The overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend this hotel. The hotel has got some entertainment and some that is paid for. The trip with Tito’s to Make a wish (Magawish) island was worth every penny and would highly recommend it. It’s an all day trip with snorkeling and a stop to a lovely island, great scenery of pictures. If your traveling take Dollars and you do need a Visa purchased on arrival or online ahead. No credit cards accepted at the airport although you can withdraw money but the exchange rate isn’t great. "

"We stayed at Jazz Aqua Marine and Jazz Bluemarine in Hurghada and it was truly an amazing experience. The resort is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The aqua park and water slides are fantastic and kept everyone entertained all day. The service is exceptional. Staff are friendly, attentive, and everything feels well organized. One of the things I loved most is that it’s one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Egypt where you don’t need to queue or hustle for drinks. Everything is easily accessible and well stocked. There are food venues everywhere, with plenty of variety during all main meals and snacks in between, so you’ll never go hungry. The only downside is the beach. It’s very shallow, which makes it great for kids who can’t swim yet, but not ideal for adults looking to swim or snorkel. That said, the rest of the facilities more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a family haven. Relaxing, fun, and stress free. Highly recommended for families with kids. 10/10!"

I absolutely loved my stay — you honestly don’t need to go anywhere else. Just make a wish, and the staff will make it happen! The animation team is talented and keeps the atmosphere lively and fun. The housekeeping team deserves special mention — they clean so well every day that it feels like you’re entering your room for the first time, every single time. It’s also incredibly family- and kid-friendly. Your children can play freely, and you can relax without worry. The food is outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste — just ask, and you’ll find it. When my husband wasn’t feeling well one day, the care we received was beyond words. The staff kept checking on him, and even the hotel manager personally came to make sure he was okay. Their kindness and attention truly touched us. Jaz Elite Asteria is simply superb. We’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend it to all families looking for a perfect getaway."
