Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order...

I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. We booked 4 days 3 nights here in a standard room. Although Google maps took us off-roading we finally got on track and arrived safely. Starting from the front desk, the room service, the laundry service, the hotel Manager and the security guards, they all work together to make my stay there enjoyable and exciting. Very friendly staff, ready to help at anytime their helps are needed. Even though it's a new hotel but it has already built it's reputation to other big and long existing hotels. After all, Rome was not built in a day.
