Nice little place to stay! Quit & peaceful. The hotel is located in a rural sector of Haiti. I was looking for a place to disconnect for few days and this little place turned out to be the ideal place to do so

This place is as advertised. It's a hilltop oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Jacmel, but within about a half hour's drive. This was my first trip to Haiti and I think I picked a winner with La Colline Enchante. My two night stay was punctuated with a nice walk to Marigot on Saturday morning.

L'Amitie Hotel was exactly what we were hoping to find on the southern coast of Haiti. It's a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of Jacmel. L'Amitie Hotel is located in Cayes de Jacmel. We felt safe at all times: the room had a dead bolt, and the thief-bar-screen door on the balcony (which overlooked the pool) had a deadbolt as well. The hotel is clean and beautiful. It has many amenities and the staff is friendly. The cafe makes the most amazing smoothies. We were there during a time of political unrest and the hotel made sure we were safe when protestors were in the area. We asked to see the view from the roof and ended up talkong with the operations manager for quite some time. Great experience. Nice surrounding area. I will definitely come back!

The staff was nice. The is great! My only problem was that they charged $20 extra for your guest, Which couldn't be a problem, but you must've known in advance, it came as a surprise, specifically, when you are within a budget. I called Expedia before I booked the reservation to ask questions about having my wife staying there with me, one of the agents told me I can have up to 3 guests in my room, including myself. I wasn't happy about $20 extra per night for 5 nights to have my wife with me....

We were so glad we were referred to this hotel! The owners were gracious, and staff was attentive. The property was clean, and in a good location with 2 groceries in close walking distance. Also in very close proximity to some great restaurants that we were able to try, in addition to the excellent one on site (we were in Haiti for a 2-week stay so we wanted to try some local restaurants). We will definitely recommend Allamanda Hotel to others that we know traveling to the area!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel from July 16th to the 25th. We couldn't have picked a better location. It is very isolated from the buzzleing city. We booked a delux room and it was very clean and beautiful. And I put a lot of emphasis on clean because That is very important. They restocked towels everyday and provided bottles of water. The hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport to the facility. Upon my arrival I realized how respectful, nonjudgmental and professional everyone was. Pros: internet wifi which works well 99.9% of the time, a gym, a huge bathroom with hot showers, a swimming pools, no limit on visitors in the room as long as they leave their ID at the desk, cable TV, small fridge, free water bottles, daily housekeeping, large room, great AC unit, great foods, bell boy, free shuttle... the list goes on and...

Staff was respectful. They gave me a warm welcome and they were very helpful. The space is at a very quiet area and really clean.Food was good. I loved it. I recommend anyone who wanna spend their time in Haiti that place.

I stayed for 4 nights, and the majority of the time I spent at the hotel. My accommodation needs changed somewhat upon arrival, and the staff dealt effectively with my requests. I have never enjoyed a brief stay more. The staff always responded to my needs and helped me. Makende, Jerry, and Estellen were fantastic hosts. The food was amazing. great location, just in front of the city central park, that is why it is called park hotel. it was the place prepared for the delegation of arts from Taiwan.the owner is friendly and helpful. he will email you to help a taxi to pick you up from airport. and the associated taxi driver named Gustana is very good guy and resourceful, he will send you to the bus station from Haiti to Santo Mingo.
