"I don’t know if it is a hotels.com issue or the hotel issue. The description is stating 24/7 shuttle while the reality is that shuttle stop around 23:00. This is misleading and frustrating. I was in transit with few hours to sleep. I selected this hotel because it was close to the airport with shuttle. Knowing that there was no shuttle at my arrival time, i would have probably booked something else or arrange for the transport and not wasted time when i inly have few hours to sleep. I asked the question about the airport transfer in the morning and never got any answer."
