This was the cleanest and user-friendliest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything but bot right I. The middle of it. The hostel is part of the old prison and most of the rooms were actual jail cells. The majority of the prison is attached with tours. Do the nighttime torchlight tour - you won’t be disappointed. Perth is easy to get to by train and the ferry to Rottnest is just a short walk away....
