Highly recommend to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie! The property is beautiful and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spacious. The service is the best part. We could not have had such amazing experiences without the help and expertise of everyone at the hotel. Truly 5 star service! They made our trip super easy and enjoyable.

First the location. Very convenient location, near shops restaurants and live entertainment. The hotel has an on-site bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful ensuring your tour guide picks you up or offering information on tours including self guided tours. Lili greeted us and she was amazing and attentive. Great views as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available.

This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. Great location. Just a mile walk to the east gate entrance. Right in the middle of everything. Only downside is the beds were not that comfortable.

Very clean Hotel. Cherry, the manager made a big difference as she was very friendly and help me with my itinerary providing me valuable information. There is a washer in the fourth floor and some restaurants around the hotel. This is very close to the bus station just one block away and you can actually walk to the east gate to visit the avatar mountains. Recommended place very comfortable and clean.

Everything at this property was perfect! As soon as we arrived to the property a gentleman outside helped us with our luggage. The front desk girls were super sweet and helpful and explained everything. They even booked our tickets to go to heavens gate and to avatar mountain so we didn’t have to worry about booking the tickets ourself. Lovely place to stay

The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. Pretty interesting hotel design. The reception hall is above the guest rooms, unlike the traditional hotel. But every things are above standard. The location is right in the center of tourist attractions. I like this hotel very much.
