This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very large with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Como. The breakfast was large and amazing serving foods from their own private gardens. Mary and her staff are outstanding and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Don’t miss a chance to stay here! The area to eat breakfast is also a large porch overlooking the lake. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town. The peacefulness and seclusion of this spot was a nice break from...

My husband and I loved our experience here. The hotel staff (owners?) were so welcoming! We loved the location, the room, and all of the information they provided for us. Parking is nearby, at 20 euros per night, though when we checked out they let us stay parked for as long as we would like! This is a great hotel and very close to everything in old town.

The location can’t be beat. It was so fun to be right in the middle of all we wanted to do. It was quiet for sleeping. We felt very safe coming and going. The instructions to get into the property were several steps, but just fine once we figured it out. Our room had no safe. Close to convenience store and metro.
We would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

Alice was extremely helpful and attentive to us when we stayed there. It is perfectly located, just a few minutes away from the train station. It is also very close to the heart of Como San Giovanni. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience!! In every respect! Our room was the best that we have experienced, and we have stayed in many fine hotels. Torina, our hostess, couldn't have been more helpful, more professional, or more charming!
We will recommend the hotel to all our friends.

The service was top notch for the entire length of stay, from the front desk (at any hour), the kitchen staff and the cleaning crew. The front desk was friendly, above and beyond helpful, patient and always smiling! Walter got me checked in to my room a few hours before check in so I was able to get a nap in after my overnight flight. (He also spoke perfect English!)

This hotel was honestly one of the best ones we’ve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! The building was very modern which I was also grateful for (there was air conditioning available to us unlike our other hotel). I would definitely love to stay with this hotel again! Highly Recommend!!!

Location is extremely close to train station which makes it a breeze getting in and out of Milan. Staff was nice, apartment had amazing views and well stocked with everything you could need. Only negative would be the limited time for check in. If you don’t make it by the time (we didn’t, our plane didn’t land in time) you have to go around the block to check in/get your keys.

Excellent hotel, great service, and very good location. They reached out to me several times to help arrange for transfer or help with any information. The room was very spacious and clean with modern decor and very functional. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean with all the amenities that we needed. The staff were super nice and helpful. When we checked out, the person at the reception (I forgot his name) called us a cab and carried our bags downstairs to taxi because sometimes...

The staff was extremely kind. The hotel was very near the main attractions of the city. The room had mini fridge, microwave, sink and a stove. Also, there were glasses, cups and plates available for usage. The stay was really great. I totally recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.

Property is a little dated but very well taken care of. Clean and comfy. Parking was a plus with enough room to maneuver with a small SUV. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good as well, a buffet with many options.
