Check in was a nightmare! We had trouble getting a hold of anyone on the phone for about an hr at the time of check in. Was given the wrong apartment and location, we drove there to be told that they sent us to the wrong location that we needed to head back to a different location. They had us on the run around in a city we had never visited before, it was frustrating. After everything we made it to the correct apartment, although check in was not great our stay was good. The location was excellent! close proximity to everything. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
