The hotel itself was nice, very clean, cozy room. there was only one small pillow on the bed for some reason. The refrigerator didn't work The front desk staff was a bit awkward. the worst part though was that I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. I should have known better than to eat it after the first bite when it wasn't hot, had obviously been sitting out too long. I went through about 6 hours of absolute misery rom it. if you're going to eat the breakfast, arrive early. I would caution that it's probably not worth the risk.

This hotel is showing its age a bit. Great location, close to subway entrance and short walk to the Shinjuku gardens. Staff a little reserved, but had no problems asking for a taxi. Breakfast was a bit ordinary. Rooms very small, recommend one person to a room.

For Tokyo, it's a decent hotel for the price but barebone amenities. Business district with a great restaurant area a few blocks away. Roughly a 10 minute taxi ride to the entertainment area of Shinjuku.

Very silent place without any distractions at night. Breakfast was included which was a very nice bonus plus you were able to bring it to your room if you prefer so. Staff was very friendly and transport connections were good.

Magnificent service. Breakfast included and very varied. The rooms are small but with enough space to not feel claustrophobic. Everything very clean.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff that need to know more English. Very close to the subway. Walking distance to the main part of shinjuku. They just don’t provide daily cleaning and the breakfast is too Japanese they is not convenient for everyone, suggest adding some universal items such as cheese and Jam.

This hotel is good, there is plenty of restaurants nearby a metro station just 5 minutes away walking and shinjuku 15-20 minutes walking. The staff doesn’t know much English and I don’t speak Japanese but they still helped the best they could with check in. The staff always welcomed me when I entered the building and left. There is a elevator that requires your room key which makes it safe for the people staying in this hotel. Rooms were cleaned every 4 days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again because shinjuku is nearby and it’s convenient for sightseeing visitors.

Nice stay, very central in Shinjuku

I had a nice stay. It’s very central in the Shinjuku and I could walk everywhere. The room is small but very nice, comfortable bed and it has everything you need. The breakfast which is included is traditional Japanese and I love the japanese cuisine but I still have to get use to eating rice and soup for breakfast so I didn’t have the breakfast. One thing that annoyed me, as a solo traveler, is the sign hanging everywhere that you are not allowed visitors to your room. This ‘rule’ wasn’t clear when I booked and I think it’s a bit ridiculous since we are all adults. The staff was friendly and the reception was manned 24/7.

セキュリティー厳重。

エレベーター乗る際に毎回カードキーが必要なので、セキュリティーがばっちり。 外部からのUber eats配達員や尋ねてきた友人が、宿泊フロアまで行けない構造になっている。それが不便という人もいるだろうが、泊まる側としては安心安全なので助かる。 朝ごはんは、焼きそばが絶品すぎた。中華料理店で1200円くらいで出されているような味がした。 前回、東横インに泊まったのはコロナ禍でバイキング中止→1人前の幕の内弁当だった為、今回大満足！！ あの焼きそば目当てでもう一度泊まりたいくらい。 豆腐ハンバーグもあった。減量中や筋トレ勢にはありがたいメニュー。納豆や茹で卵は無かった（もちろん、日によってメニューは違うそうです） 気になったのは他の部屋からの水道、排水管の音。それと、エアコンリモコンに「ひかえめ」や「しずか」が無かった為、最弱でも効きすぎな印象だった。その辺は部屋着やパジャマを持ち込むと、調整できて良いかも知れない。

Toyoko Inn- Shinjuku Gyommae was in an excellent location for public transport and is within walking distance to popular shopping locations and landmarks within Shinjuku. My room was also quite spacious and had quite a bit of floor space. The breakfast offered was nice, but it was mainly a selection of savoury dishes. I would definitely stay here again due to the convenient location! :)

Atendimento bom,quartos confortáveis e os funcionários solicitos, acho que poderia melhorar o café da manhã, são poucas opções de bebida e comida bem focada no público oriental, mas isso não comprometeu a experiência no geral. Também percebi dificuldade no uso de inglês, mas os funcionários fazem de tudo pra conseguir se entender com você, então nao considero isso exatamente ruim. Considerando o preço praticado e proposta do hotel, apesar dos pontos citados,considero uma otima opção econômica em tokyo sem ser hotéis capsulas.
