The location is absolutely everything- as the hotel is right beside metro & CoEx mall. The hotel itself is kind of unassuming, but very clean and room layout is quite cozy. They also have an adorable rooftop area which all guests can access. The staff is friendly enough, and everyone I interacted with was able to communicate in English. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful after long days out exploring Seoul.
