My only complaint was a few of the rooms had a musty smell !! Total bang for your buck compared to many hotels I’ve stayed in!!! The suite room is perfect for larger families and a bit of privacy. Kitchen has nothing to cook with or utensils so being that if needed. Tons of places within walking distance to eat! Large pool & hot tub! The outdoor patio near the pool could use some love but it worked for us. Needs more chairs & tables and a great add would be sun umbrellas. No complaints just a little help in a few areas as a travel baseball mom we will definitely be back

The hotel itself is outdated but everything is well maintained. The exception was the broken desk chair and very dirty and well worn couch in the multi bed room we reserved. The AC was perfect during the heat wave. The pool and hot tub were in working order and not too hot and not too cold. Same breakfast most hotels have, the workers worked very hard to make sure fresh food was put out especially during the busy times. McDonald’s and Starbucks across the street. But highly recommend Siri Thai a few minutes down the road. Amazingly fresh, quick and authentic.

Staff at front desk were very vocal about how bad things have been going around the hotel and changes happening. Very disgruntled staff and made it uncomfortable. Pool was nice, room decent, bathroom could have used some work (toilet paper and soap, and towels). The breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable. Would have been a great experience if there wasn't the awkward uncomfortable staff encounters/interactions (not housekeeping, they were great, just front desk was the difficult to speak to or rather listen to the complaints of the issues hotel has been having).

Excellent stay. My second at this hotel. This property is clean, quiet and comfortable. I only stayed here overnight, so did not make use of any of the amenities. I was gone before the comp breakfast was available, so can't comment on it. My room was nicely appointed, and the furniture was up to date. The bed was very comfortable. One other positive is, the shower and sink hot water is actually hot! The staff were friendly. It is nicely located with options for food, coffee, snacks and fuel nearby. I have to make a return trip to this area and I will be staying at this property again!

Manager on evening staff was a nasty miserable person. She was being nasty to older kids at the pool. My husband and I sat and watched her be nasty to some older kids who were behaving. There were some younger kids who were running and jumping in the pool in and out of the hot tub and she did not address their behavior. Breakfast was not very good choices were bagels, can sausage gravy and biscuits, pancake or waffles. Because of the limited choices the line to make pancakes and waffles was quite long. We opted to find our own breakfast. The room as clean and the beds were comfortable.

I was very happy with my stay. Cleanliness was actually not bad anywhere we went, only disappointment would be the breakfast buffet. Was actually looking forward to the breakfast and it wasnt nothing like reviews have previously mentioned about there breakfast. Even heard some other guest who must stay there more frequent than most and they was complainining how they had no yogurt like usual and other food items they typically had.
