Nick at the front desk was patient, helpful and accommodating, especially when we found out the pool was not cleaned and therefore not open, after we promised the kids a swim when we arrived. Issues: Ice machine was broken, not enough towel sets were available for the extra people in the room, electrical outlet in room 132 was pushed in and could not use it, old mattress and water heater were visible laying inside courtyard, pool was not available, waffles tasted bad, milk was bad. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.

The only thing good I can say is that the room smelled nice & the place was very quite. But unfortunately the bathroom looked dirty. The shower curtains looked like they had black mold or Sharpie marker on there. Shower ventilation was full of dirt build up. And last the door was locked but it still had a gap & looked like it was still open.

OMG !!! It was disappointing. It was very old furniture, carpet had stains and a particular smell, the restroom had an old yellow dingy shower curtain. Towels were yellow spotted, there was 3 small pillows for a king size bed. This place is in a very good spot,10 minutes away from Winstar casino it needs updating like NOW, like tomorrow like hurry up. I’m not even going to mention other stuff we saw or experienced in that place just know I won’t go back.

Hello! For the one (1) night stay, the price was convenient. • The staff was courteous. • The halls to the rooms were trashy - - food and to-go containers were all over the place. • The room was clean. • The top cover of the toilet did needed to be lifted to flush. This is a hazard! You had to be careful lifting it up with both hands and setting it to an angle to prevent dropping and breaking it. • The entrance door to the room had big gaps allowing the cold air into the room and made the room cold. There’s always room for improvement. Thank you for allowing guests to share their experience!

I was skeptical about grabbing the room because of the reviews, but thank goodness they weren’t as bad as it seemed. I got 2 rooms and one was clean and proper. The other on one of the beds had a pet fur on the blankets Requested another room, but they said they did not have any so I asked them if they could replace the sheets. Instead, they gave me the sheets myself to go put on which isn’t completely bad. Basically you get what you pay for here.

The hotel sits back off the highway behind a couple of budget friendly fast food establishments. The facility is under new management that is in the process of improving the facilities.We were in town for a funeral so we didn't partake of the pool or really explore the complex. Our room was clean, amenities were stocked and the ac worked. We just really needed a place to sleep as all of our activities were away from the room. The complex is well lit at night and patrolled by police due to proximity to late night fast food establishments. There is a brand new gated apartment complex behind the hotel. We did not have any issues with loud noise from the apartments or other guests. We felt safe and were able to relax. We would stay here again.

Hotel is being worked on. Desperately needs remodeling. Housekeeping was poorly done. Breakfast was not well stocked. The creamer was empty and we had to ask for coffee cups. The waffle maker kept tripping the breaker. The breakfast room was dimly lit. There was only a small portable ice maker and it was empty. It was a convenient location for us and was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The rate reflects the above mentioned issues compared to other chains in the area. I chose this hotel because the reviews I saw were decent but none of them mentioned any of the issues so I was a little surprised by the condition of the hotel
