It appears to be under renovation but don't let that deter you. Great staff. Best deal for the date I was in town. Best hotel bed I've had in a while. I'll certainly book again the next time I'm in town.

Worked for what I needed, which was a few hours of sleep. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was simple but helpful and got me on my way.

They were renovating the rooms, however our room had been renovated already and was really nice! Beds were new and comfy!

Room was nice! Guy at the desk was nice! Just wished there would have been a recliner or chair in the room. Only a bed and a desk. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay!

Hotel was ok, but they don't have a cooked breakfast. They do offer the frozen sausage egg and cheese croissants, frozen waffles, cereal juice, and coffee. The pool doesn't work .

We stayed for a concert at Jack Trice Stadium. It was close so travel wasn't very expensive. The property was fine and clean. There were no cups in the room and the air conditioner couldn't keep up with how hot it was in July but it was definitely a relief from the heat. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think the price was a bit steep for the simple property but it was during a concert...

If your looking for a cheap and no-frills place to sleep, this is the place. -nothing fancy and noticeable touchups missing, but well worth the savings.

It did the job. Clean, friendly. Don’t plan on the continental breakfast cause there’s not much of anything.

The place needs some updating, but it was clean. The pool was closed. We got a room with a king size bed so it was very roomy.

AC wasn't working through the whole hotel but they did switch my room so I had functioning climate control. I could see the outside sky through gaps around the AC unit. Appreciate the staff making things work but not a great sign. Wifi was completely non functional.

Hotel condition as expected for price point. Some amenities not available and building construction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good variety for breakfast.
