Zadun, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Everything was as expected, the accommodations, the service, the views, the food, and anything else. The resort lived up to its name. Stunning landscape complemented by impeccable service makes for a perfect recipe for a romantic or family getaway.

Everything was delightful. Service was incredible.

If you are looking for a cool, modern, authentic place in Cabo I would recommend Zadun.

We loved our stay at Zadun. The rooms are gorgeous, the view is perfect and the staff could not be more accommodating. We are looking forward to going back.

From the time I booked the stay with Zadun, till we left, the overall experience was nothing short of incredible. Violeta, the guest relations manager, spoke with me on the phone multiple times to book restaurant reservations and set up other activities before our arrival. Elias, our Tosoani (personal dream maker), took my phone number upon arrival so that any request we had, would be answered by him immediately. Any request we had was always answered within five minutes. Cesar was our bartender at Equis most of the days and was incredible. We had the same waiting staff at Humo multiple nights and they were amazing as well, always remembering our favorite dishes and asking about our stay. The rooms were very spacious and modern while still maintaining the Mexican culture. The views of the Sea of Cortes were breathtaking from every inch of the property. Overall, what set Zadun apart was that there were multiple staff during each experience to cater to each individual guest. Whatever you desired, whenever you desired it, was met with a smile and genuine care. We will be returning in the future.

Beautiful new resort. Huge rooms (the one bedroom suite has the most beautiful outdoor space with a pool, lounge area, full dining space and fire pit and the indoor space is a separate bedroom, two showers, large closet and changing area, living room dining room and half bath). Everything is extremely clean. We felt completely safe there. There are 3 pools with great views of the ocean all the way down to Palmilla. The food is excellent and there are plenty of options, especially at the main restaurant, Humo.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are specious with great private bathrooms, the plunge pool is great. The staff is the most serviceable I have ever met. The pools are nice and spacious. There room pool and the adult pool should be heated though.

Conclusion: Many other great hotels in cabo with the same price range - DO NOT choose this one. This place is a new property that was opened few months ago. Its location to my point of view is the number one issue, it is 45 minutes away from Cabo and is 15 minutes away from San Jose (A small town which you can finish visiting within two hours) Everything is new but you can see that the service and employees are still not %100 ready. My main issue with this place is that in the same price range you can get a much better hotel in a much better location (Waldorf Astoria, Montage, Esperansa Etc.) This hotel categorize themselves with the above hotels and not even close to be in the same league. Anyways, that is my experience and you choose where to go spend your money....... I wouldn't go there again thats for sure.

2/28/2020- only 4 months old so in perfect condition. Room was large and well set up. There was an indoor shower as well as an outdoor shower which was lovely. There was a small sitting area outside our room which was set up nicely. Everyone was very very nice.
