The stay was perfect! The staff was friendly, the parking was convenient, and our room was clean.

The hotel is showing its age. The rooms were clean. But, the common areas like the elevator, hall ways and breakfast areas need more attention throughout the day to keep up with guests spills.

Convenient location. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Even the owner stopped and talked to us. Only disappointment was the shower either to cold or to hot couldn’t get the temperature dialed in

The room was a great size for my family with one who uses a wheelchair. Only issue we still find with hotels is the doors can't stay open when you are trying to get in pushing someone in a wheelchair. And the door slams shut loudly. We found that out with the people above us at around 4 a.m. and they closed a door at least 3 times. Very surprised my daughter didn't wake up with the noise.

The place is great and we will always stay there when in Appleton. The only gripe (if there is one) is there is no divider (other than a half wall) between the bedroom and den/living room in the suite. If someone is sleeping in the bedroom and someone else is watching tv or something in the den/living room, it's not convenient for whoever is trying to sleep because the light is coming right into the bedroom.

The room was clean. However, the hotel appears to be falling into disrepair. Several areas need maintenance.

Everything was very nice, room was clean and staff were wonderful.

4/10 Regular

We will not be staying here again. We got in late at night, had to wait to check in, the room toilet was not fully clean, the sink & tub water initially spouted out black water when turned on, the room key cards didn’t work past the first night, despite a 3 night stay……etc. We had to complain twice to get someone to clean the toilet. Pass.

The facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the check-in process was efficient. The staff demonstrated a friendly and accommodating demeanor, and the breakfast service was satisfactory.
