Nice price with plenty of room for everyone. I wasn't happy about the room not being ready until after 4pm.But I would still recommend this location. Friendly staff. Room was presentable. Kitchen needed a bit more cleaning for appliances. Nothing I couldn't do myself. Was in 2 bedroom suite.

Great place for an extended stay in summer

The manager Michael was amazing. He would greet everyone so cheerfully every time he would see us. He was accommodating when my reservation was compromised due to a flight delay. He also held my luggage after it was delivered by the airline. My room was regularly refreshed. Breakfast was hit or miss, the staff who do breakfast could be more kind and approachable especially since they are the first interaction you get to start your day. Pool was clean and fun. Overall it was a great 2 weeks, and the location was perfection!

Rough crowd , cigars smoked by the pool where kids swam, basketball was always “stolen”, people that were also staying smoking things they shouldn’t be smoking right by the hotel room stairs, housekeeping did not come clean or refill things unless you requested it . Breakfast not good. Room not entirely cleaned when we checked in, burger left in microwave, disgusting . Not a great stay and not “kid friendly” .

Non communication concerning new check out hours.

At the time of making arrangements for our stay check in time was 3 pm and check out time was 12 noon. Apparently the check out time was changed to 11 am the staff never communicated this information to us and the cleaning lady kept knocking on the door and started that our check out time was 11 am. I feel that information could have been communicated during the time of check in and should also be updated on the booking site. One hour might not mean anything to most people,but It does to me. And to top it off our room wasn't ready at 3 pm because the linen wasn't ready, whatever that means.

Nice hotel neighbors where loud at night time.. like insanely loud.. banging on the door for 20 minues with 10 people outside drunk yelling tk let us in and the 4 am death scream from another room.. or the 2 am laying on the horn. Honestly disappointed with the hotel..wont use again
