Toilet input valve was sticky and I had to take off the tank lid and jiggle the valve to fill up the tank. When I checked out, they said they would have maintenance take a look. On the plus side, the staff let me watch an NCAA basketball game in the front lobby after I checked out so that was really nice of them!

A mouse ran into our room shortly after check in. The breakfast was Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran, bread for toast, and pre packaged blueberry muffins, milk, coffee. The room was okay but had scratched off paint and peeling moulding etc. Staff was pleasant. Surrounding neighborhood very dilapidated and mildly frightening.

Check in took a very long time, and the key card machine wasn't working. When I went to the room assigned me, the key card let me in but I was shocked to see the room was already occupied. The lights and TV were on, there were bags on unmade beds, and towels on the floor. This tells me that either the room assignment software being used is inadequate and allowed an overbooking, OR the room was not cleaned before my arrival. Either way, it's unacceptable. I left immediately. The front desk worker said they would put in a refund request, but I'm still waiting for that to come through.

Friendly clean the rear exit door on the first floor needs a new actuator arm very heavy door slams fast almost got my fingers and super loud when anybody goes out of it in the morning it’s slams free breakfast very limited, but for the price of the stay and the employees I would stay again
