Hotel con spiaggia, pulito e con piscina, molto tranquillo. Le stanze sono ampie e lo staff è sempre disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Il cibo del ristorante è buono. La colazione è principalmente indiana, ma c’è sempre qualcosa per tutti i gusti. Consigliatissimo!

Pretty disappointing, quite run down and needs a good clean, especially the bathrooms. A lot of items not in stock on menu, and they have no coffee machine so good luck getting a coffee other than milky filter from a communal pot in the morning. Staff are nice enough but not particularly competent, for example, we told them we were going for dinner in the restaurant and went in and sat down at a table, sat for 20 minutes and no one came over, though there were about 7 staff wandering around the restaurant. One other table was seated, and both of us ended up just leaving as we were ignored. We went next door to the coral hotel restaurant and wished we had stayed there as it was so much nicer. Room didn’t feel particularly clean and although the beaches are lovely, there is plastic EVERYWHERE, all over the stream next to the hotel and along the undergrowth near the beaches, it really spoils the beaches. No staff member makes any attempt to collect any of the plastic litter. I would encourage you to stay elsewhere - next door looks much better

We had a lovely 2 x night stay. Our room was very spacious with good A/C, a good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable huge bed. Very clean too. Swimming pool was fabulous very clean and beautifully lit up in the evening , lovely garden, eith lots of outside seating dotted around. Pool towels available. Staff were helpful. We had dinner the first night delicious grilled fish cooked to order. Breakfast was buffet style, local cuisine very nice and lots of choice, you can ask for several options of eggs if you want something different. The location was good not far from the harbour. I would definitely suggest hiring a driver or tuk tuk for the day and pop out to see some sights eg Elephant Beach and Radhanagar Beach especially this one it's beautiful and a blue flag so it's clean from rubbish. Negatives :- Our room was lovely but had a strange smell in the bedroom if I was staying longer I would have asked to move rooms but we only stayed 2 x nights so it was tolerable. Just keep the A/C on. The bar was lacking in drinks huge menu but quite alot not available. The pool bar is not used any more. The beach was disappointing it's very pretty with turcoise water and white sand but no sunbeds and lots of rubbish, it would be a good idea to have a member of the staff clean it on a daily basis and provide some beds, this would help with ratings. The price is a little steep as there is definitely room for some maintenance and general up keep of the resort.

One of the best in Havelock

This hotel is one of the best choice for stay at Havelock. I booked a room with pool view (recommended), it was spacious, clean, very good interiors, good AC, and had big bathroom with bathtub. Pool was nice & clean, though not a big one. Free complimentary breakfast was ok ok. Food was a bit pricy, but there are many restaurants nearby.

A lovely stay.

my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Sandyy Wavess. The rooms are very nice, relaxing environment. Access to the beach. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast has a mixture of local and european selection but the local breakfast is more the focal point. The hotel has its own back up generator and when the electric fails, which happens daily, their own generator kicks in straight away. Our shower was the best ever, great pressure. The staff were attentive. we stayed in a room in the main building. Although the rooms were smaller we enjoyed our room very much. Views were great. The rooms in the garden are large and looked beautiful but I cannot comment as i only looked in. There are only 36 rooms which helps in the overall service you get from the 30+ staff. This is however India and of course there is room for improvement, that said we were so happy at this hotel that we have to give it a maximum score. We will be back.

Best resort in Andaman Islands!!!

Slovensky: Podľa mňa najlepší rezort na ostrove Havelock! Vynikajúci a ochotný personál! Výborná kuchyňa za prijateľné ceny. Krásne zariadené izby. Súkromná pláž. Určite prídeme znovu!!! English: Best place to stay in Havelock Island. Excellent and helpful staff! Excellent cuisine at affordable prices. Beautifully furnished rooms. Private beach. We will definitely come again! Italian: Chi pensa di andare ad isole andamane, vi consiglio il miglior resort in Havelock -Sandy Wavess. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, staff gentilissimo, tutto nuovo e soprattutto pulito, le stanze sono chick e ben arredate. Hanno la cucina gustosa e i piatti non sono costosi. La piscina è abbstanza grande e la miglior cosa è la spiaggia privata. Un vero paradiso. Se Havelock allora solo Sandy Wavess.
