Não é um bom custo benefício.

A desvantagem do hotel são as escadas,não ter estacionamento e valor ser muito caro, pelo o que oferece, pois nem café da manhã tem por conta, e pelo preço seria o mínimo. Já em relação a localização é excelente.

Lugar lindo em uma localização privilegiada. O apartamento tem instalações novas e confortáveis, a geladeira não estava funcionando mas foi substituída por um frigobar. A limpeza é muito boa, todavia o lugar é infestado de formigas pequenas o que as vezes é um transtorno. A falta de um estacionamento as vezes atrapalha quando a cidade fica cheia. Todos os atendentes são super atenciosos o que faz a acomodação ser ainda melhor, recomendo.

This is the first self check in and check out that we have experienced here in Brazil. There was no lobby or a person to greet you so it lacks in personality but it works. The owner of the property was available by phone in case of a problem. The concrete construction is solid and built like a strong comercial building. The interior decor is also basic and more like a warehouse than a Hotel. The Patio has a killer view of the ocean and the beach with some dune buggy and motorcycle noise at times.

O local é realmente muito bom. Quarto Amplo, banheiro espaçoso. Rooftop bacana para ficar contemplando a vista. O quarto que ficamos era pé na areia, o que foi muito bacana. O negativo foi o fato de ficar ao lado de uma Vala de esgoto, fazendo com que muitas moscas entrassem no apartamento, que tinha que ficar trancado. Pouca flexibilidade para um late checkout.

Infelizmente o hotel não tem um atendimento adequado, não tem recepção, a gerente muito mau educada , não tem café da manhã, moral da história se quiser ter dor de cabeça vá pra esse hotel.Fiz uma reserva pra quatro dias , sai na primeira.

É uma boa opção mas pode melhorar!

No geral, gostamos da hospedagem. É limpa, bem equipada, ampla e confortável. Quanto aos aspectos negativos: não há estacionamento, o veículo fica estacionado em via pública, as escadas para acesso ao apartamento são bastante estreitas, o que dificulta o transporte das malas. Não há elevadores, tampouco recepção. Durante a noite, tivemos uma experiência ruim durante uma chuva. O apartamento alagou pois a água ficou acumulada na varanda e como não havia ralo para o escoamento, acabou entrando bastante água no apartamento. Como não dispúnhamos de rodo ou outros utensílios para fazer a retirada da água, tivemos que improvisar para não dormirmos no molhado.

A estadia no Saint Germain em Icarai do Amontada foi perfeita. Local tranquilissimo, apartamento com toda a comodidade necessaria, limpeza e arrumação diaria e pessoal muito prestativo. O rooftop foi um diferencial que curtimos muito e fomos muito bem atendidos tanto na pré reserva como durante a estadia. Com certeza vootaremos.

A localização é incrível, com a varanda do quarto bem de frente para o mar. A limpeza do quarto foi a contento também. Muito legal ter o suporte de uma cozinha básica no quarto. A proprietária Cláudia, proprietária do lugar, esteve sempre em contato via whatsapp para informar sobre os controles de acesso ao quarto e ao prédio, que ocorrem através de senhas digitais e para passar dicas de todos os lugares indicados para refeições. Eu gostei bastante.
