Clean amd comfortable beds. No frills. Great location. Bathroom rundown but functional. Good to get a good night's rest if in the area. Will stay again!

There was a hole in the back of the door, the carpet looks like it was installed by the anti-Christ, and the bed felt akin to sleeping in paper towels.

Clean, quiet, 24 hour coffee
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

The room had a mold like odor, there was mold on the bathroom caulking, the bathroom sink countertop and sink were severely scratched up, there were no stoppers in the tub or sink, the curtains had tears in them and two lamps had dead bulbs. The room needs a refresh and is not like the website pics. At more than 300 dollars a night we expected more. understand it is a budget hotel and was higher priced for Parents week at Cornell, but it nonetheless there is no reason for the deficiencies noted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property needs updating but the room was clean and the bed amazingly comfortable.

very overpriced motel. Could not get a replacement light bulb for a lamp in the room because it was locked up The price was about 2-3X more than it was worth

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. However, the food/beverage stains on the stairwell carpet were very unwelcoming. WiFi worked fine and no issues with noise, even when parking lot looked fairly full.

It was just ok. Bed. Shower. Good enough

Property needs a remodeling. No carpets on floors. No breakfast, no milk for coffee/ tea. Sink and tub had dried adhesives stuck to them. No drain plug in sink. Bed was ok but again not a current model. They were repainting stair well so I guess a total remodel is in its future. Best $ around so decide what your priority is. It was clean and quiet but we were there thu/fri/sat. Decided to leave sat afternoon to beat rain on drive home.

Very Dirty Room + Fridge was leaking water all over the floor. Staff were the best part, helpful and kind. Some shady characters roaming about the outside of hotel as well. Would not recommend you stay here

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, only complaint wasn't a coffee makerbin the room to make your own coffee (hower there was only coffee supplied in the dining area no food though).

Reasonably clean, cost effective. Nice bed, good pillows/sheets and quiet. I slept well and got a good night rest. Convenient location.

Place was very outdated, rugs on stairway were disgusting, overall very sketchy. Room was clean.

Look, it was a little dirty. But you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly and helpful though!

Staff was great and very friendly! Our room was semi-clean but our bathroom door had multiple holes punched into it and our front door had some sort of damage, causing the door to be ajar at the bottom while closed.

Pretty sure this hotel is a homeless shelter. People where cooking in there rooms, bikes going up and down stairs holes in wall tv batteries were taped in and didn't work.
Opinión verificada

It was so poorly maintained with stained carpet all over the property. Toilet seat was cracked. The sheets doesn’t seem to be clean. And worst of all I paid $400 a night because of the Cornell orientation. I could have stayed at Waldorf Astoria in Japan for $315😅 It is just surreal, $400 a night for the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life 😂

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean just lacked some amenities & had a few cosmetic damages that we called to manager’s attention. They were aware & very apologetic. FYI No coffee maker in room & no continental breakfast. But overall good experience for the great price.
