Hotel was short staffed upon check-in but that is to be expected in today’s job market. Front desk assistant was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Room was better than expected as they have recently updated the entire hotel with all new facilities. Only issue we found during our stay was the toilet was loose and wobbly. I let the front desk know upon check out.

The room was ultra-clean and fixtures new. Air conditioning was greeat as well, with the heat outside in the 90's. The desk agent was also great, as I left my telephone behind and she called my daughter who then called my partner. We were just a short distance from the hotel and returned for it

Our room was very clean and you could tell it had just been redone. We travel with our dog and there were several dogs in our building. There were no messes from other dogs left laying around. They appear to still be working on some rooms, we were there for 3 days and 2 nights and I was not disturbed by any noise. I would stay at this hotel again.

Was a short overnight stay but it was very nice. The room was clean. The receptionist upon check-in was extremely nice and helpful. The location is good there are many eateries around it.

After we checked in and went to room I went to open door and was meet with a foreigner I assumed because he couldn't speak English. He cut in front of me and I ask him if it was his room and he shook his head yes. I stood there confused. After a few seconds he took keys and opened door. Than I was very mad. How could they do this to us. Than he procced to frig to get his beer out and left. I than went to office and told manager what happened. He than took me outside and said was that the man and said he is our housekeeper. What! A drunken housekeeper that scared the hell out of me. No apology. Just walked away. So went back to room and canceled our return stay. Now you want to punish us with paying for something of this matter. Will never ever use this very bad booking agency. Sure will let others know. Maybe better business bureau.
