We love this hotel! The amenities are great and the staff is very friendly. It’s also close to downtown and not far from West Liberty University. The only negative this most recent visit was that the garden area furniture had been put away and it was beautiful weather to sit outside.

The shuttle service was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint I have is that our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear the elevator whenever it was used. But it really wasn’t that big of a deal. The breakfast was also very good.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. First time here, we stayed in room 511. Quiet! Room was very clean, bed was exceptionably comfortable. Very good water pressure in the shower, nice towels. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We have stayed in much more expensive hotels and never had such courteous staff. There is a Bob Evans within feet of the entrance. Breakfast at the hotel was fresh. Pool and hot tub were great. Pool was heated and was definitely warm. Did not smell cigarette smoke in any parts of the hotel. We will absolutely make it a point to stay again.

Honestly the best and friendliest staff all around from arrival to departure. Seeing people who truly looked and sounded like they liked where they worked and what they were doing is great and you could completely tell by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Would totally recommend!!!!
