My recent stay at Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead was a bit of a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and seamless—shout out to Henry, the night auditor, for being courteous and helpful.
Unfortunately, the initial room assigned had a very strong odor of urine, which made it uninhabitable. I returned to the front desk, and Henry quickly reassigned me to another room—again, great customer service on his part.
However, the second room wasn’t much better. I found hair on the bathroom floor, in the shower, and even on the bed, which was disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
While I appreciated the ease of check-in and the staff’s willingness to help, the lack of proper room cleanliness was a major letdown. I hope management addresses these issues, as they impact what could otherwise be a solid stay.
