The property was clean and fit our needs with two bedrooms and a couch bed. We enjoyed having a kitchen, washing machine and transport nearby the apartment. However, there were several major issues that could use fixing.
It took us an hour and a half past check in time to get into the apartment, leaving us on the narrow sidewalk with luggage, waiting for a member of staff off the premise to come to let us in because the key to the front door was not where it was supposed to be. The door to the apartment itself needs to be replaced as each time we attempted to lock or unlock the door, it took us 5 minutes of trying to do so. The shower had two temperatures, ice cold or scalding hot. The shower also drained extremeley slowely, causing overflows onto the bathroom floor. We discovered that the shower had also been cracked on the floor and water was leaking out onto the floor from underneath the shower itself.
I like to end reviews with a positive note, so I will say that this property is the most quiet property that i have stayed at in london, you could hear a pin drop in the evening.
