Great place to stay! We loved playing Bocce in the courtyard and being able to walk nearly everywhere we went. Hi-Fi Clyde’s next door had awesome food too so we didn’t need to go far to grab a bite. My only wish would be a more comfortable bed. Otherwise, a truly great stay!

Nice in Nashville

The space was nice, the couch in the living room was a bit dirty. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was a bit wonky and felt like it might fall off at any time. Overall this was a nice property and suited my needs.

Place was clean and fine overall, but the mattress has to be one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Hard to fall and stay asleep on. couch fabric was ripping up in the back and also only moderately comfortable. But other than that, location was good. exactly as described, clean.

The property was clean and safe. We had booked for 6 nights. On night 4 and 5 we found live cockroaches in the kitchen area, one on the counter, one on the floor. We left in the middle of the night and found somewhere else to stay. We did get refunded for 2 nights. I hope they fix the issue as everything was great up to that point.

The room was beautifully appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Reaching out for help via the chat feature in the app worked well -- very quick response. Accessing the property was easy as well. My only concerns were that 1. I wasn't 100% sure about parking. Turned out fine -- but I was nervous because there was no signage. 2. Someone was blowing leaves in the courtyard right outside the window on the property before 8 a.m. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was awakened much earlier than expected because it was extremely loud. I hope the company that performs this work will be instructed not to begin any work during posted quiet hours.

Nice space but air conditioning doesn’t work.

We really liked the space because of the location and it was super modern. The size of the space was perfect for 2 people with a king size bed. My major problem was the air conditioning did not work well at all. It was a mild temperature blowing out and didn’t cool the space. It made for very uncomfortable conditions for sleeping. I called to have it checked and a guy came to inspect it. He was super nice but there was no fixing it unless they upgrade air conditioning. That’s a rough one considering it’s Nashville and it’s very warm there.

The apartment was as-advertised. We appreciated the clear, accurate and timely communication for checking in, accessing, and checking out. This is a small but tidy unit in a cute and extremely quiet complex. The one glaring problem was the couch/fold out bed. The couch is old and dirty to the point that we didn't even want to sit on it. And the pull-out bed was one step away from falling apart. It slopes down toward the bottom and caved inward so severely that it seemed as if it would collapse. It was dreadfully uncomfortable to sleep on. The condition of this bed which is advertised as part of the "Sleeps 4" description of this unit is totally unacceptable.
