The hotel has one lift, and they put me on the 7th floor. When the lift broke down they kindly moved me to the 2nd floor and offered me a discount back on the night's accommodation for the frustrating inconvenience. I'm still waiting for that refund to turn up, so I am hoping it will happen.
Some of the staff are terrible, while others are amazing. I would stay there again, but I would ask for a lower floor so I can walk down the stairs rather than wait for the lift.
The coffee shop at the front is worth a look in; they make good-quality coffee and have very nice French pastries. The guys who run it are French.
In my room, 206, the light and fan would randomly come on during the day or night, so at 2 am, when I had a bright light in my face, it wasn't so nice. Maybe avoid that room.
