Limited parking only, the inidan guy staff at night, he doesnt know hospitality means. Dirty stairs, dirty hallways, windows hasnt wiped down for a while. The building looks new from the outside, but the inside needs renovation. Stained sheets and towels, sticky carpets, dusty tables.

although its an older hotel, it was clean and comfy enough. the front desk staff was friendly as was the cleaning staff.

Parking was very unsafe with ice everywhere on the parking lot, no safety measures in place, no de-icers, nothing at all, I saw someone trip over ice, if I tripped over ice, I would sue this business. The staff was not only unfriendly but also VERY rude and I am still yet to get a refund of the deposit charged for damages yet I was told it was going to reflect instantly.
