Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here. Classy lakeside hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights in 4 days, same room both times so cannot comment on different room types. From the moment you walk through the entrance the welcome is very warm. Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. The hotel has the feel of a grand country house with generously sized rooms, a separate closet/ room for clothing etc and a good-sized bathroom. Bed very comfortable, pillows soft but a bit slim but there are spares in the room so all good. Checkout just as quick with the offer of a bottle of water for the journey. I didn't eat in the hotel so unable to comment on the restaurant. Overall, lovely hotel which is very well located by the lake, with a very friendly set of staff. Highly recommended.
