A big red flag for the Central Park Reef Resort.
The staff was terrible, not working, not helping nor answering our questions about accomodations, or our issues with the hotel.
I wanted to work, but the WIFI was working poorly. Nothing has been done to fix this issue, and I am still waiting the manager to contact me. (at this time I already left the hotel, thank you)
We tried the restaurant by the pool: (which is not as good/big as on the photo displayed)
It ended up being one of my worst experiences in term of hospitality. The fruit platter wasn't available, alright just a bad start... Ordered the smoothie which ended up being just an ice cream mixed with ice and milk... Not mentionning the sugar content.
Ordered the chef salad, it took 30 minutes to serve us a refridged salad with dried chicken and unfresh seafood. Sorry I will pass on this one too, I prefer not to be sick during my little holidays. The Caesar salad was just composed of 50% lettuce, 1% powdered garlic, a handful of croutons, and the rest of awfull signature sauce... Stictly avoid their overpriced and bad restaurants !
Finaly it was hard to sleep, 5am dogs barking downstairs, of course no staff worked on it.
9am we had the chance to be woke up by an hysterical karaoke singer from the hotel.
Our departure wasn't even better, tried to offer us a overexpensive taxi to Olongapo station.
A very big 0 from the beginning to the end of our stay. Won't come again.
