We stayed for 2 nights and whilst the initial communication was excellent from Yorick. After check in, we were given a number to call if there was problem - which there was with the internet - a message was sent on 1st day and 4 days later we have received no further response from them, not even to apologise for the inconvenience. The floors were dirty, that you needed to wear shoes at all times. There was no extra linen available to cover extra pillows. For those with any mobility issues, this apartment was on the 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs) and no lift available. The bathroom is also located up a narrow flight of stairs, directly off the kitchen - with no hand rail. The location was good with places to see close-by and plenty of eateries. It is a 15 mins walk to the main station over cobbled pathways.
Overall it is a basic stay for a low rate, but for me I would stay elsewhere next time.
