I like staying at these hotels because the rooms have two separate sleeping areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was really good.

ROOM….. The bed is in terrible condition; the frame is broken, and all the metal parts are sticking out. It creaked with every movement. I called the front desk, and they said they already knew about it but couldn't do anything at the moment because the hotel was full.

Our next room had broken outlets/outlet covers, dirty stained curtains, shower tub wouldn’t drain the water and lastly the fire alarm kept going off yet no one seemed to care for it but no announcements were mentioned to know if needed to take action or to ignore. Overall very unhappy with our stay.

Our upstairs neighbors were smoking cigarettes from their balcony and dropping the buds on ours. The only thing that made this stay decent was the breakfast.
