Check in was horrible..we traveled for a funeral. I made reservations for 3 nights, 6 adults 2 rooms, then after talking to family we decided to change from 3 nights to 2 nights. I then made an additional reservation for the same exact 6 adults, 2 nights. The only difference 2 nights instead of 3. I cancelled the 3 night reservation, then a couple days later called the property to confirm that the 3 night stay was canceled. The property confirmed that the 3 night was canceled and I asked to confirm the remaining reservation. She confirmed 2 nights, 6 adults, 2 rooms. Couple days later I called to see if we could get a newly needed accommodation. Was told that accommodation was not avaiable. No problem. Then asked if they could confirm reservation, again confirmed 2 nights, 6 adults, 2 rooms. Perfect! Then a week before we were to arrive I called to see if there was a fee for pets and let them know we would be traveling with our 4 pound Yorkie. No problem with that, then asked to confirm reservation, again 2 nights, 6 adults, 2 rooms! Great see you next week. Day of check in I get a call from my dad, how many rooms did you reserve? They are only seeing the canceled reservation for three nights…wait..WHAT?!!! He told me the only 2 room reservation in their system for us is for the canceled reservation and the active one is for only one room…?! We got our 2nd room but they were not same level or anywhere close to each other.
