Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort
We enjoyed many aspects of our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc, including the facilities, the overall atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff. However, our experience on the day of check-out was disappointing due to weak internal communication and process management.
We checked out at the official time and left our luggage at the lobby, then used the swimming pool as instructed. Unfortunately, when speaking with lobby staff, we had to explain our situation again, as the information did not seem to be shared or updated internally.
After swimming, we went to the lounge, where the staff told us to use the shower facilities near the pool instead. This was different from what had been previously explained, and once again we had to repeat the entire situation. This inconsistency caused understandable frustration.
After raising our concern, the team apologized and allowed us to use the spa facilities for showering, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience felt far from seamless and left us uncomfortable.
Later, when arranging transportation, we happened to meet Eric, who handled the situation clearly and professionally, resolving the matter without further confusion. This highlighted that the issue was not staff attitude, but rather the lack of clear internal communication and official message logging.
