My experience was Horrible!! “Hotels.com” cancelled my PAID reservation, for a reason, I do not know. Didn’t find out, until at check-in desk. You all took my money. I couldn’t get anyone on this app, to help, with the situation. I had to re-book another hotel/reservation. I’ve been trying numerous times, unsuccessfully, to get help. The lady whom was working Guest services stated, they’ve been having a lot of issues with this company. You guys are a FRAUD. Refund my money, please.
